Anne J. Pezzimenti BSc Optom M.Spec.ED FACBO FVCO Anne commenced this practice in 1981. Her interest from the beginning was in children’s vision and its development. This led her to completion of a Masters of Special Education. As well as this, she also gained a fellowship in Behavioural Optometry. Her qualifications make her a unique optometrist in having knowledge in optometry as well as education. She has been kept busy with three children as well as running a practice.

Orlando Pezzimenti BScOptom FACBO FVCO Orlando started the Altona North practice in 1983 and after significant workloads in both practices, he now attends at both Altona and Hawthorn. He also has a fellowship in Behavioural Optometry, and has interests in contact lenses and aged care. He has served his profession as a councillor and treasurer of the Victorian Division of the Optometry Association.

Kate M. Doherty BScOptom LOSc FACBO Kate initially came to the practice as a Saturday optometrist but quickly generated her own following and is now in attendance three days per week. She also worked at the National Office of the Optometry Association after working overseas and around Australia. Working in a practice with a large children load led her to gain a fellowship in Behavioural Optometry. Kate also has interests in contact lenses. She is also a mother of three.

Pat Reid BDipEd Pat is a teacher but also a mother of 7. She has much experience in helping children develop their skills. She is a recognised Vision Therapist after she successfully completed a course of study with the Australian College of Behavioural Optometrists. Pat pre-assesses all children that present to the practice before the optometrist who then assesses the child further and then advises accordingly.
