Orlando Pezzimenti BScOptom FACBO FVCO
Orlando Pezzimenti graduated into Optometry in Melbourne in 1977 and after two years in general practice started a practice in metropolitan Melbourne in 1981 in partnership with wife Anne (also an ACBO fellow). In 1983 they also started another in Melbourne’s West nearby to where Orlando grew up.
His interests in behavioural optometry began when Anne and Orlando started their family and Orlando had Anne’s patients to look after. Some initial successes awoke a strong interest in behavioural optometry and Orlando is now a strong advocate. The significant workloads of running two practices has resulted in consolidation to one practice only. He has previously served his profession as a councillor and treasurer of the Victorian Division of the Optometry Association.
His interests include road running and music.
